Annually, since 1959, the Alamance Women’s Community (formerly the Women’s Division of the Alamance Chamber of Commerce) has awarded scholarships to college bound students in the Alamance County area. The Alamance Women’s Community, Inc. Scholarship was established to provide financial assistance to individuals demonstrating financial need, education merit, and community involvement.
We are proud to announce that the Alamance Women’s Community, Inc. is again offering a college scholarship opportunity for a deserving student(s) graduating in the 2018-2019 academic year.

Proof of academic standing
Proof of acceptance to academic school for post-secondary studies Essay submission
Deadline for Applications:
All applications must be submitted by April 30, 2019. Applications and additional required documentation must be complete or will not be considered. Applicants are encouraged to submit applications and required documents by email to scholarship@alamancewomenscommunity.comor by mail.
Notification:
Selected applicant(s) for scholarship will be notified by phone or mail in June.
